I would give them 6 stars if I could. There are so many roofing companies out there, it’s hard to know who to trust. Jae was incredibly thorough throughout the entire process and provided extensive detail on every single one of my questions. Tyler has been equally as incredible to work with from start to finish. We had some issues with overflow from the new downspouts that got installed and I’m sure many companies would have never returned my call since the job was “done”, but not Revive Roofing. Tyler has been out multiple times to help fix it (at no charge) to ensure the project was truly completed as expected. I cannot recommend this group enough!

Revive Roofing replaced our roof after the massive wind storm that rolled through Ohio. From the start, Jae was very knowledgeable and helpful. Tyler was our project manager. He did a great job communicating. Even when we had a couple hiccups with some fascia replacement, he took care of it asap and made sure everything was done 100% to our liking. We had a great experience with the Revive Team.  The owner Jae and his entire team are professional and truly care about doing an amazing job.  They follow up and make sure every last detail is done to perfection.  Very impressed with how they come back very next day to do final touch up and get the project completed.  We had the pleasure of working with Tyler who not only does great work but is very friendly and truly cares about getting the job done like it was his own home.  Well done and much appreciated. Revive Roofing LLC provided exceptional service in our ordeal with our insurance company. We had not 1 residence with storm damage, but 2. They dealt with the insurance companies and when all was said and done, repaired 1 and replaced the other. The office team provided wonderful assistance. We were always kept in the loop and our roofs were repaired beautifully. The roofing team took wonderful care of the properties and did exceptional work in blistering weather conditions. Revive Roofing came highly recommended by a friend.  I gave them a call and now I have a beautiful house!  I needed a new roof and then decided to update the siding also. Incredible service! They came out quickly, assessed the roof, gave a fair quote, and handled the job with total professionalism. I received a quote from Revive Roofing that was comparable to 2 out of 3 of the other quotes I received.  They offered an extended warranty on the shingle manufacturer they work with. The only reason I didn't use them was because one of the other companies worked with the shingle manufacturer I needed to match what was on another structure and they offered an extended warranty on that shingle.I thought their pricing was fair. I had a frustrating experience with another roofing company and reached out to Revive Roofing for advice. They were incredibly responsive and came out quickly to inspect my roof—not once, but twice—to make sure everything was handled correctly. They provided honest recommendations, didn’t try to upsell me, and even completed some minor repairs at no charge. I later hired them for additional work on my roof and chimney, and the quality of their work was excellent. Revive Roofing is professional, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. It’s rare to find a company that truly puts customers first. If you need a reliable and outstanding roofing contractor, Revive Roofing is the one to call. Highly recommend!
